The Loc-Line slide valve fitting is made of black acetal copolymer anti-static plastic, connects to 2-1/2" inner diameter Loc-Line modular vacuum hose, and has a sliding gate to regulate the flow of air. The acetal copolymer plastic has a black color and is made with an electro-conductive component to help reduce buildup of static electricity within vacuum hose. The fitting has a maximum operating temperature of 170 degrees F. The material complies with Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) and Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards. The component connects to other Loc-Line components by a ball-and-socket design that snaps together for a tight seal.
